We’re proud to announce that Duke Swimfins is an official partner of the IBSA World Tour Final 2026, the international bodysurfing world final taking place in Anglet, on the French Atlantic coast.
This major event will bring together some of the world’s best bodysurfers for a celebration of performance, ocean culture and one of the purest forms of wave riding.

The world’s best bodysurfers, in Anglet
The 2025–2026 IBSA World Tour brings together athletes from 15 countries, with competitors coming from Europe-Africa, the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Polynesia. The World Tour includes 10 qualifying events, leading to the final stages of the competition.
For the World Final, the format includes a trial with 24 men and 16 women, followed by a Main Event featuring the Top 48 men and 24 women. Competition will take place over several days, creating a unique gathering of international bodysurfing talent.
And there is perhaps no better place to celebrate this discipline than Anglet.
Body, fins and ocean
At Duke Swimfins, we share a deep connection with the philosophy behind bodysurfing.
Unlike traditional surfing, bodysurfing requires no board. Just the athlete, a pair of fins and a perfect understanding of the ocean. It is one of the most direct and authentic ways to experience a wave — a discipline built around fluidity, performance and respect for the ocean.
That connection is exactly why we are excited to support the IBSA World Tour Final.
Fins are at the heart of bodysurfing, and for Duke Swimfins, supporting the athletes and the community behind the sport is a natural fit.
A celebration of bodysurfing in Anglet
The event is more than a competition. The IBSA World Tour Final aims to showcase the coastline, bring international attention to the host destination and introduce new audiences — including younger local generations — to bodysurfing. The event will also feature activities around the competition site, including introductions to the discipline and ocean-awareness initiatives.
The competition will also benefit from an international communication campaign, with content shared across IBSA, the French Surf Federation, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Surf League and specialist surf and lifesaving media. Live coverage, social media content, athlete interviews and highlights will extend the reach of the event well beyond the beach.
Duke Swimfins x Bodysurfing
For us, being part of this event is about more than putting our name alongside a world-class competition.
It’s about supporting a sport that embodies many of the values we believe in: ocean connection, athletic performance, simplicity, commitment and passion.
We’re looking forward to seeing the world’s best bodysurfers come together in Anglet, pushing their limits in the waves and sharing their passion for the ocean.
Duke Swimfins is proud to be part of the IBSA World Tour Final 2026.
See you in the water! 🌊🤙
The event presentation identifies the International BodySurfing Association (IBSA), the Fédération Française de Surf (FFS) and the Ligue de Surf Nouvelle-Aquitaine (LSNA) as the event organisers.
